How is it that that for the past 25 years, we’ve been looking at those beautiful, forward thinking design magazines and coffee table books that profile the cool couple from LA, NYC or Seattle with their cool home in their cool kitchen with their cool furniture and cool dog and they’ve become the 21st Century Norman Rockwell view of the world? And why is it that we can’t have a home like that?

At AZRIA HOME, we’re changing all that.

But why? Because traditional construction processes continue to frustrate, where homes are built by workers in the sweltering sun or the freezing cold, piece by piece, stone by stone, nail by nail…and if it rains or snows, well…it simply means that the entire building process comes to a water-soaked halt…for days and sometimes weeks. And what about that time the Spotted Owl in the Pacific Northwest was responsible for the astronomical rise in lumber costs?

AZRIA HOME can point out many frustrations of old construction methods, but this antiquated process has been producing homes, around the globe, for hundreds and hundreds of years. Our cell phones have advanced, our automobiles have advanced, our ability to launch people, rockets (and even cars) into space has advanced, yet the evolution of home construction has moved at the pace of your 1972 Atari Pong video game. It’s been an excruciating wait — but that wait is now over. AZRIA prefab solutions are long overdue and that change we spoke about earlier is now happening.
